Using experiences as a strategy to reduce uncertainty 098

As the 2022 outdoor event season opens in the state of Maine Keith shares his preparation for a successful season for Loud Proud American. Building a game plan based on the results from his first year on the road he is able to develop strategy and tactics to increase the likelihood of success. When you do things for the first time you have no way of being fully prepared you are unable to accurately forecast the result or anticipate the problems. After a year filled with "first-time" events, Keith now has the necessary experience to properly plan a strategy and execute the plan. Having a game plan for 2022 reduces uncertainty and provides a guideline for decision-making.

Diving into a recent book from Antonio Neves https://theantonioneves.com/
named "Stop living in autopilot" https://www.amazon.com/Stop-Living-Autopilot-Responsibility-Rediscover/dp/0593136837 Keith is inspired by Antonios 30 day assessment and decides to share the raw questions and provide personal perspective in an effort to motivate listeners to change behaviors and believe in a better future.
